David Nikzad, 36, is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor. As a founding principal of reinmkr, inc., Mr. Nikzad has invested in start-up and emerging companies for the last fifteen (15) years, and his angel investments include vidyard, betterment, gazehawk, among others. Mr. Nikzad is the founder of Boardbrokers, Inc. a vertically integrated luxury lumber eco-business that is disrupting the traditional lumber business by controlling all channels of wood selection, distribution and finishing, all from an internet-based experience. Boardbroker’s is partnered with Millionaire Dollar Decorator Martyn Bullard on Bravo television.

Jason A. Hobson is an attorney, entrepreneur and angel investor.  Mr. Hobson is a founding partner of Hobson Bernardino + Davis LLP, an “AV-Rated Preeminent” firm (the highest rating possible for law firms), with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.  Mr. Hobson was previously in-house counsel for a national tax credit equity syndication firm which syndicated limited partnership interests which were eligible for certain tax benefits, where he structured over $250,000,000 of equity investments.  Mr. Hobson was also previously a senior attorney with the Century City and San Francisco Offices of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP (formerly Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP), where he was a member of Corporate and Securities Practice Group.  In 2011, Mr. Hobson, in his capacity as a general partner, closed on a real estate limited partnership entity raising $5,500,000 of equity from an institutional investor for a $23,000,000 project.  In 2012, Mr. Hobson was appointed to a state commission with an oversight function to the California Public Utilities Commission with respect to $5 Billion in energy programs across the State of California.  Mr. Hobson is a graduate of the University of California Hastings College of Law, UCLA Anderson School of Management , Waseda University (Tokyo Japan) and California State University. 

Allison Weathers-Leija is an experienced executive and an active angel investor.  Ms. Weathers-Leija ran operations for SkyTag, the largest super-graphic and large-scale advertising company for over 30 years.  In such capacity, Ms. Weathers-Leija managed over 30 separate business entities.  Ms. Weathers-Leija is now an executive with Boardbrokers, Inc., a vertically -integrated luxury wood and wood flooring eco-business that is disrupting the traditional wood flooring business by controlling all channels of wood selection, distribution and finishing, all from an internet-based experience.  Ms. Weathers-Leija has also experience with successful real estate ventures in California and Nevada.  Ms. Weathers-Leijas has invested in a number of technology start-ups and emerging companies, including Vidyard, Yardsale, gazehawk and Betterment.

Valerie Stockton Petredis is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and creative-type.  As a founding principal of reinmkr, inc., Ms. Petredis has invested in approximately 30 emerging companies and start-ups, including, MetroWize, Vidyard, Yardsale, Betterment, TutorSpree, Curebit, Artamata, FoodStream.  Ms. Petredis has significant experience in creative field and nonprofit institutions.  Ms. Petredis obtained a BA from Penn State University.   In addition to her professional life, Ms. Petredis is also Mom-In-Chief at her home in Marina del Rey.
